unscripted “reality videos” are only as fun as the people in them

yesterday and today, my fav off-mainstream link aggregator waxy.org tossed into the abyss that is this series of tubes you are using to read this - these links:

first the “original” a “talented” ad agency(.com) tries to be unique by putting out a reality show where they go get jobs at subway to show just how serious they are about their clients. yeah, ok:

in unsolicited rebuttal, ad agency coudal put out this today - thick w/sarcasm and a strong dose of truth:

I didn’t watch all of the first vid - first 5 min or so, which is more than enough to get the funny out of the short second one.

I bet either firm would do a fine job. seriously, how hard would an ad campaign be to create that’s superior to Jared? just fyi, I would hire coudal. they look like they do actual work more often.
